POWERTOOLS HLT Hair Color and Lightener Thickener 2oz. Thickens hair color and lighteners to give you more control.  It can be used with any manufacturers hair color or lightener with or without low heat.

DIRECTIONS: add 20 drops for short hair. 23 drops for medium hair. 25 drops for long hair of HLT into developer before mixing, mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 30 seconds to thicken up mixture.apply and process as usual.
