POWERTOOLS TRA The Resistant Assistant provides quicker hair color coverage for. Super resistant root/regrowth areas, hairlines and resistant trouble spots. Helps perms and straighteners take better on. 

DIRECTIONS: Wear gloves. SHAKE WELL. Hold sprayer 2-3 inches from trouble spots. Do not over saturate. Lightly finger massage into area. Apply color right over TRA. Prices as s=usual. When perming, shampoo and towel-dry then spray entire head, comb through wrap and process hair as usual.
